This notice is to inform you of another regulatory change at the municipal level in the Region of Waterloo, regarding sewer use by-law discharge limits.
In June of 2020, Regional Council approved changes to by-law limits that may affect your facilities effluent discharges.
- Chromium, Copper and pH limits as examples have changed when compared against the I-90 limits.
